For this job we replaced 2 leaking 12 inch heads in the front on zone 6 2 leaking 6 inch heads zone 1 by mailbox 1 leaking 6 inch head zone 6 on side of house 1 leaking 6 inch zone four by garage We have gone through and inspected everything and it is all working as it should at that time there are no leaks and the coverage is amazing.

The customer called because a zone did not turn on. We checked the system and found that valve number 2 was stuck. We replaced the valve and found 2 heads that were left up and 4 nozzles were clogged. The nozzles and heads were left in an estimate. We only replaced the valve.

We did not met with Mike from last time as he is in a business trip. When we got to the property we knew where we left of last time. But after 2 hours and a half of labor to connect some pipes to a zone. Customer told us to stop that work and mainly focus on the other controller which is the north building We replaced 8 rotors and 4 heads Did a pipe leak and 3 nozzles got swapped

When we arrived the system was not turning on, we found the issue with the master valve and the controller. After replacing the master valve the system started working however the controller has issues with the voltage. Customer declined to replace the controller but as of now system is up and running, found 8 low heads however customer declined repairs.

We replaced one 6 inch pop up on the right side of the property just before the steps in the monkey grass up against the house. The drip line repaired was done in the backyard to the right side of the pool near the exit to the right below some shrubs in front of a window. Nozzles were replaced on the property for better coverage. Customer had a leak in the system, but was not in the irrigation system. She did say she had work done to her domestic liens and is now calling the plumbing company to let them know about the leak. She will give us a call if she needs anything or has any other questions.

The customer called because it had drip leaks. We checked and found that they took out a plant and broke the drip. We found two more because the squirrels bit it. We charged him for 3 drip leaks and the customer said that he would put moltch so that the squirrels wouldn't break it.

Ran system check. Found a total of 12 sprinkler head that are leaking and low. Out of those 12 sprinkler heads we will be relocating 4 of them to have better coverage. Also one valve in the backyard is leaking. Customer declined repairs at the moment but I left a estimate for the future.

Customer called because he had low pressure for zone 38 and 39 zone 38 we closed 10 nozzles and the pressure got a bit better and then for zone 39 we laid 20ft of pvc pipe and a put 8 heads the pressure was way better the rest we left in a estimate and the customer said to leave the flags there the customer said he was going to pay online the first invoice he payed for the service call and labor the second invoice he payed for was the pipe and the 8 heads

The problem was the drainage when it rain a little bit everything’s working fine or the sprinklers put water into the drainage work fine bad when we have a lot of rain the drainage is dry pulling out the water out and the water go into the house and makes problems. We gonna leave a call to redo that drainage because he has a corrugated pipe and it’s already clogged with roots and dirt we spending an hour to see where is the exit and the only exit that I found was at the left side of the house so we stand the exit and put new exit and pipe and now we leave it like that he say he’s gonna try that before approve the quote
