My 30+ year old system was acting up. #1. the Second Zone sprinklers were just -dribbling-. I knew I really needed a complete system evaluation. Chris and his team came in and ran a test of the system and Zone 2 did not even open up. #2 He pointed out the need for a new valve and then they marked, #3 a broke sprinkler head and, #4 other places where my "drip line" zone had breaks that were flooding my landscape shrubs underground. No attempt at "upselling", just straightforward recommendations on what was really needed to get my system back to operation at 100%. Then the best part. They had all the equipment needed in the truck and did the work in less than 2 hours. And finally they adjusted all the sprinkler heads on 5 zones for spray angle and distance. Total professionals. Sure, Andy's is not the cheapest around, but the quality of service is well worth the price charged.

Repaired a pipe leak in zone 1, and head as well. After fixing that we checked the system, and replaced 4 nozzles, and 1 head in zone 3, and a riser in zone 5. Everything else looks good, and no leaks in system.

While checking the system we found 2 shrub adaptors, and 3 clogged nozzles. and a pipe leak in zone 1 which we rerouted the lateral line and a head due to roots causing the leak. In zone 2 we found a broken head, and 6 shrub adaptors, and 6 nozzles that weren’t spraying correctly. Zone 3 we replaced 1 head leaking, and in zone 4 heads were good. Zone 5 we replaced 1 broken head, and zone 6 we found 2 broken heads, system is fully functioning and no leaks in the system. Also replaced sensor battery.

The other was on the front yard flower bed to the left of the front door right in front of the large window. A drip line was repaired right at the front door steps to the right sid just below the huge flower pot with vines on it. The line is under the Mondo grass. The customer did not want us to check the rest of the system. He only wanted us to do the items he pointed out to us. The customer controlled the controller via his phone.

Follow up In the front yard Parkway to the far left, there’s a lamp post, which was blocking the spray to the new sod that was put in. We went ahead and added a new pop-up right in the corner of the street and the mailbox and connected it to the opposite end on the other side of the lamp post. The customer just put new sod and had many heads that were low because of this. I explain to him that he may have some heads around the property that are low due to the new sod. He said he is letting the sod grow as instructed by the people who installed it. he will let it grow for a while and then finally cut it when it is time. He will then look to see if there are any low heads after the grass is cut and give us a call if he needs to replace some pop-ups that are too low. I saw around five pop-ups that are low on zone two. This is the zone we were working on.

Estimate : The customer has a bad valve that needs to get replaced on zone number six. Valve number seven is not getting any power and will need to get rewired to valve number six. Valve number seven is the last valve and going into the direction of number six. We will need to go under a street. Several heads and nozzles will be replaced on the property to HOA. There’s one lateral line break that needs to get repaired as well. All information will be on the estimate that is being email to the customer. Please see estimate for more details On the corner of Hedgcoxe and Case Rd the customer there thought there was a pop-up there that needed to be replaced. I informed him there was no Popup or leaks on zone seven. The city worked on the sidewalk and possibly cut out and capped this pop-up. The customer wants to talk to the city before doing anything with us.
