Maintenance Plan Terms and Conditions

The terms outlined below are for the Sprinkler Maintenance Plans. This agreement is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for one year from that date. By purchasing the Maintenance Plan, the customer (ie: property owner / decision maker) agrees to abide by all agreement terms listed below.

IRRIGATION SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
If any legally required equipment is not present or not functioning at any service visit (by local, city, or state government), the customer will be required to purchase or repair the equipment to code prior to any service or repairs. Examples include rain & freeze sensors, back-flow valves, etc. In addition, the system must have a working controller installed to be eligible.

SEASONAL VISIT TIME FRAMES (weather permitting):
Winter Service Visit – late November / December
Spring Service Visit – late February / early March
Summer Service Visit – May / early June
Fall Service Visit – late September / early October

WINTER SERVICE VISIT DETAILS:
Winter service visits are for Winter system adjustments only, and do not include blow-outs or removal / re-install of above-ground back-flow valves. These additional services are available by location for an additional fee, call or speak to your technician for more details.

SPRINKLER SYSTEM CHECK DETAILS:
Each seasonal sprinkler visit includes a system check (details can be found by visiting https://sprinklerdrainage.com). Seasonal visits are included in the price of the chosen package. If additional service visits are needed, the Discounted Additional Visits fee (reflected on the selected package details) will be required for each visit.

REPAIR FEES & DISCOUNT:
Repair fees are not included in the package cost. Repairs are assessed at each service visit, presented as an estimate for approval, and receive a discount on the final invoice total. Discounts are for sprinkler repairs only, and may not be applied to any previously completed Sprinkler repairs, new system installations, or any Drainage or Lighting service or installation. Maintenance Plan holders may not combine any other discounts, including advertised specials, Military or Senior discounts, or promotional discounts through a partner brand under our Fairway Corporation ownership unless explicitly outlined in the offer.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Seasonal visits are scheduled by the Andy’s Customer Care Team, and an email and text notification will be sent to the customer on file prior to each visit. The homeowner / decision maker must be present at each visit; service will not be performed without an authorized representative on-site. To reschedule an appointment, the customer must contact the office at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Seasonal visits may not be moved to a different time period than indicated in the selected package. If the customer is unable to commit to a scheduled service visit (no more than two rescheduled appointments allowed), that visit will be forfeited with no refund and may not be used for a non-seasonal visit or rolled over to a separate term.

PRICING DETAILS & PAYMENT POLICY:
Pricing is for standard size sprinkler systems, defined as an average single family home size with a 1-controller sprinkler system utilizing a municipal water source. Larger properties and systems may require additional fees. Major credit cards are preferred, and checks are accepted. Repairs or Emergency Shut-Off fees are billed at the time of visit and must be paid in full prior to the next service agreement visit. Any outstanding balances if not paid in full may result in forfeit of future agreement visits until the balance is resolved.

EMERGENCY SHUT-OFF SERVICE:
Property must have a functioning shut-off device on the system to be eligible for shut-off service. Any services provided on an emergency basis will incur an emergency fee minus applicable package discount. Emergency Shut-Off service do not include any repairs necessary; a separate Service Call must be scheduled separately if repairs are required, and are subject to the Discounted Additional Visits fee outlined in the chosen package.

EARLY CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT:
Packages are only refundable prior to the first visit, and are non-refundable after. If there is concern with the service provided, the customer should speak with the technician while on-site or call the office to discuss the concern. Andy’s management will work with the customer to resolve the concern to the best of our abilities on a case-by-case basis.
