Had a broken irrigation pipe and some leaking heads on a Sunday night. Water running down the street. We shut off the irrigation valves and called the emergency number and was able to speak with Joey who took my info and he had it waiting for the Celina Mgr at 8:00 Mon morning when they opened up. They had already scheduled Chris their tech to come out that morning. The team arrived on time and within an hour had the pipes repaired and heads changed out. Great service and great teamwork.

Had out system checked. Even after several years, everything is working perfectly. We also had 2 downspouts that were eroding our beds and grass. Joey put in underground pipes and a pop up out in the grass that totally fixed that problem. Did it all in a little over an hour, cleaned up and it looks great!

Customer called us because She had a leak in her front yard, found it to be a broken valve. We ended up replacing two valve because it was easier and it offered more space to work with and make repairs in the future. Valves are located front yard, left side, in front of tree.

We replaced two valves in the backyard left side corner of the house. There are two valves in this box. The one closer to the house is zone number six, the other valve closest to the fence is daisychained to zone number five. Two valves turn on when zone five is turned on. I have attached a diagram in Photos.

All were in the front yard, two in front left flower beds, one in front parkway and the other was on the foundation drip, right side of home by pillar. Customers had no time set on zone 4. Replaced a few nozzles, two in back, one in front.

Customer called because she noticed her water bill was extremely high last week and her neighbors told her she had a ton of water running down the side of her parkways. We found the two drip leaks on zone 10 and 11, both forwards the corners of park way on right side. We found a broken pipe line on zone 4, right side of home, close to the side walk and fence. Replaced all 7 heads on zone 2 because all were way too short. Replaced a few nozzles as well. Helped customer set proper watering times for zones.

Two broken heads and two drip lakes in the same area. Also we clean it up the drainage and the drainage now is good. I will set up the controller for the sprinklers is the station 1,4,5,6 that’s gonna be Thursday and Sundays at 6 AM and 11 PM for 10 minutes each and for station 2,3&7 that was gonna be every other day at 3 AM for 25 minutes

Came back to replace 2 bad valves, for zone 2 and zone 5, those valves were stuck open, we also replaced a 6” sprinkler head in the back yard for zone 5. I left an estimate to replaced leaking and low heads.

Repaired a 3/4” pipe near the tree and 3 sprinkler heads. One sprinkler head for zone 2 that was sticking up. One sprinkler head near the tree and one in the corner of the yard for zone 4 that was leaking as well as the pipe on zone 4 as of now system is fully operational with 0 leaks.

Customer called because they control wasn’t working, but the problem was the rain freeze sensor. We set up the controller for 40 minutes three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7 PM now everything’s good and we advised the customer he calls for the same reason not warranty we got a charge for the service trip.

Ran system check, for zone 3 we found 1 6” leaking head and one 3/4” pipe leaking from the elbow as well as the sprinkler head. For zone 6 we replaced 1 6” pop up that was leaking. We also replaced 4 other sprinkler heads due to them being low/leaking. As of now everything has full pressure with 0 leaks.

Ran system. Replaced and relocated 4 rotors. One for zone 1 , another one for zone 2 both in the front yard. And 2 for zone 5 in the back yard. For zone 7 we relocated and replaced 2 6” pop ups. For zone 1 we replaced 1 riser that was leaking. As of now system has full coverage from head to head.

The customer was concerned about the coverage in the system. When performing the inspection in the system we discovered that there was not existing zone in the Front flower bed and 35 heads that were very low in different areas of the system.We recommend the customer to replace the 35 heads with a better one of 6" heads to improve the coverage in the system and install 2 new zones in the two different areas of flower beds in the front.
